Etisalat Nigeria Hosts First iParty In Nigeria
Most innovative telecommunications company in Nigeria, Etisalat, launched the latest generation of smartest phones to hit the global market, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus, in grand style at the first iParty held in Nigeria last weekend at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island Lagos.
According to the Chief Executive officer of Etisalat Nigeria, Matthew Willsher the partnership between Apple and Etisalat is part of demonstration of the company’s commitment to providing its customers with world class telecommunication services.
“Etisalat is proud to partner with Apple on the iPhone 6 as it is the newest and most innovative mobile phone to hit the market. Our partnership with Apple Inc. is a perfect match of two premium innovative giants and we are extremely delighted because it acknowledges Etisalat’s sustained investment in network infrastructure and capacity to ensure consistent quality of service. Therefore, it is with great pleasure the Etisalat consistently brings innovative products and services to our esteemed customers,” Willsher said.
He iterated that the quality of the Etisalat network and its offerings would optimize user experience on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus; and is available nationwide at all Etisalat Experience Centres.
Commercial Director, Core Group Africa, Matthew Grose, described the partnership between Etisalat and Apple Inc. as an historic one in Nigeria as well as Africa. According to Grose, “Apple is extremely selective about whom it partners with for such high profile smart devices; and we are extremely glad to partner with Etisalat Nigeria on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus exhibition and official launch. Etisalat’s launch of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus comprised a two-day exhibition of the new devices, as well as an iParty to celebrate the partnership between the two premium global brands.
Six lucky individuals also walked away with a brand new iPhone 6 courtesy of Etisalat. The lucky winners of the latest smartphone devices are Olanike Ige, Wale Ajayi, Eyitayo Aiyejumoh, Ade Bakare, Jamiu Olanrewaju, and Chijioke Okwara.
