[Ghana] Airtel Empowers its Customers with the launch of the Airtel Care App

Multiple award winning Telecom Company of the Year, Airtel Ghana has put the power of anytime, anywhere problem resolution into the hands of its customers by launching the Airtel Care App. This intuitive App has been designed to empower Airtel customers and help them manage all their Airtel services, seamlessly.

Airtel Care, a free customer service App comes with a smart layer of intelligence which allows Airtel pre-paid customers quick access to discover and self-manage a range of services including account recharge, balance checks, Airtel Money functionalities, data bundle subscriptions, Value Added Services and special offers. Customers can also very easily and at the click of a button, send customer enquires/complaints to the Airtel Customer Service team for quick resolution.

The Airtel Care App is more than just a convenience for Airtel customers—it's an empowering tool which gives customers the choice, ability and freedom to do more on their mobile devices. Currently the App can be downloaded through the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple App Store for IOS devices.

Announcing the launch of this App, Rosy Fynn, Customer Experience Director at Airtel Ghana said, “At Airtel, we are always gathering insights to better understand customer needs and preferences, with the aim of designing tailor-made products and services that speak to the needs of our customers.
