Stallion Group Awarded as Best Performer in West Africa

Multinational conglomerate Stallion Group was awarded as "Best Performer 2014-15", West Africa by world leading automotive group Ashok Leyland.

Stallion assembles Ashok Leyland buses and trucks in Nigeria within its automobile complex, meeting the needs of mass transportation in the country for the past few years.

The facility also includes training and maintenance facilities for commercial vehicles and complements the Federal Government's efforts to enhance public transportation systems in Nigeria through it BRT scheme.

Further to the new Automotive Policy announced by the Nigerian Government, Stallion has tied up with global auto majors seeking a strategic advantage in the competitive regional market to assemble their products at the plant.

Accordingly, Stallion Group operates several world-class vehicle assembly facilities in Nigeria wherein in passenger and commercial vehicles of an impressive portfolio of global brands are assembled. The brands assembled at the complex include Nissan, Hyundai, Volkswagen and IVECO apart from Ashok Leyland.
