UBA Ghana Holds Finacle 10x Training
In a bid to improve the day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service in UBA banking halls, UBA Ghana has held a 3-day intensive training on the new Finacle 10x application at the Madina Training Centre for selected user groups.
The MD/CEO of UBA Ghana, Mrs. Abiola Bawuah expressed her appreciation to the facilitators for organizing the training and challenged staff to leverage the training opportunity to improve their knowledge.
Head, UBA Academy Group 1, Mr. Abayomi Orungbe, in his address, gave a broad overview of the new application to the participants and advised them to seriously focus on the training, which will help UBA Ghana to improve service delivery.
Chief Operations Officer, UBA Ghana, Mr. Adedayo Adesipo, reiterated the bank’s commitment to democratize banking in Ghana, saying that the training was in line with this strategic thrust.
The training was organized as part of the processes put in place for the smooth transition to a new Finacle 10x platform to enhance the day to day operational activities of the UBA Group.
